The Companies Consorcio CODESU SAC and Corporacion MEGAMAR SAC in Association are promoters of the Mega Project Hub Port San Lorenzo Island Callao - Peru, having the first of the Companies, the intellectual property of this project, as you can appreciate in the Profiles and in the Executive Summary of this WEB site.

The mentioned Companies summon to the international community to achieve investors, constructors and/or operators that have possibilities in the world to finance and to execute the Mega - Project, with good constructors and operators relationship of Mega Terminals of great experience in this type of projects and others of great span, as well as the employment of top technology, especially that they come operating Port Terminals mainly in Asia, America and Europe, as well as with great financial standing to take this project ahead maintaining an appropriate cash flow in a term of Project execution in 7 to 10 years.

The Mega - Project of Hub Port Island San Lorenzo Callao - Peru, will be the HUB PORT FOR SOUTH AMERICA that concentrates and redistribute Latin American cargo since 2,012 - 2015 years in that it could be ended this Hub Port, great part of more than 1,400 millions of TM/year of import and export cargo, with their interrelation between the countries of the Pacific and Atlantic basins, through the Bi-oceanic Corridors of the Perú and South America, with that attractive immense potential cargo, makes sustainable and feasible the Mega - Project with a CAPITAL RETURN IN TEN YEARS AND A PROFITABILITY OF more than 4/1 IN TWENTY YEARS, what will allow to negotiate with Peruvian State a system of Agreement very convenient Concession for all the contracting parties.

A Hub Port doesn't exist in this part of South America and we consider that to have it in San Lorenzo Island Callao, given its privileged geo-strategic location, will fill that empty space in an extraordinary way, benefiting economically to all the usurious countries of South America, of Pacific and Atlantic basins, within the Economy of scale concepts, also it benefited the investors, executioners, operators, populations and the States of the usurious countries.

It is important to stand out that the politics of Peruvian State, promotes and it encourages the international investment.

THE MEGA – PROJECT BUDGET.- The total budget this in the order of 12 thousand millions of US Dollars, that include basically, the construction of the Multimodal Hub Port (marine, air and terrestrial) to concentrate the cargo and to redistribute it; to win lands to the sea for tourism, residential, financial, commercial and industrial buildings of high valor; intercommunication tunnels in Lima and Callao (city with more than 8 million inhabitants) with railroads, highways and METRO for passengers and cargo; highway interconnection Callao - Lima - Pucallpa (fluvial port in the Ucayali river) with infrastructures of tunnels and bridges to cross with rolling vehicles the Andes through a highways and fluvial ports of the rivers Ucayali and Amazons and also through the road net of South America to the Atlantic.

PROPOSAL.- Open up to December 30, 2008, to all the interested parties, will present their offer containing the following information:

1.- Organization Name, full address of main offices and Branches, a brief activities description, experience in span projects, with indication of the executed projects and in process.

 2.- Financial and bank references, current capacity to finance projects, in thousands millions US Dollars.

3.- Pre – offer open elaborated freely by the interested party at level outline.

4.- Accomplished the points 1, 2 and 3, the offers can request to the Promoters of this Mega Project, the additional information required, of the Mega - Project that don't figure in the Profiles and the Executive Summary indicated in this WEB Site, in order to be able to be under conditions of presenting their final offer.
